Day 1:  Arrival from the Airport Fly Drive to Arusha 
Your driver guide and our office representative will meet you at the airport. After a short welcome and introduction, start the 1hr drive to Arusha City for dinner and overnight at Grand melia Arusha , which is situated, at the heart of the city providing the magnificence view of the mountain Meru.
 
Day 2:: Tarangire National Park
Depart from Arusha town at 0800hrs with picnic lunches for Tarangire National Park tour. The park is located 120km from Arusha. It is famed for its congregation of big herds of Elephants and a buffaloes; this landscape of open plains is dotted with thousands of baobabs trees. Your driver Guide at the designed picnic area inside the park will provide picnic lunch. Later carry on with game drives before embarking to the plantation Lodge Karatu   for dinner and overnight

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Tour
After an early breakfast leave for Ngorongoro Crater tour where you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunches). Explore this unique animal sanctuary ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only. In the afternoon drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight at the Plantation lodge Karatu 

Day 4: Serengeti National Park 
In the morning after breakfast drive to Serengeti national park passing Ngorongoro conservation area authority, your driver will stop in some of the beautiful views overlooking the crater, on crossing the border picnic lunch will be provided by your driver guide followed by game viewing en route. Drive further to Serengeti for sun set game drive before going for dinner and overnight at Lemala Nanyukie 

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light, then back for the morning breakfast followed by full day game drive. Track the wildebeest migration and get to enjoy the scenery of the remarkable world show also you will be in a position to see lots of animals following migratory beasts for easy lunch. As you head up northern Serengeti.   Dinner and overnight at Kuria Hills 

Day6-7:  Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti
You will spend another two full days in Serengeti endless plains Dinner and overnight at Kuria hills 

Day 8: Zanzibar Beach Holiday
After morning breakfast, stay at leisure then proceed to the airport for the Zanzibar Flight. Arrive in Zanzibar in after about two hours. You may choose to take a stone town tour before checking in the hotel for dinner and overnight at the Gold Zanzibar 

Day 9-10: Zanzibar 
You will have these two full days at leisure, relax and gate time to enjoy the beauty of white sands beeches. Dinner and overnight at The Gold Zanzibar 

Day 11: Departure
After the morning breakfast, at leisure the depending on your departing details our driver will drive you to your departing point Abeid Aman Kurume International Airport and catch your flight to Nairobi.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit to our bank account. Only the amount received by our bank account shall be regarded as paid (with all money transfer costs paid by the customer). The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure date. If your reservation is made within 45 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Although if a client is unable to pay the entire amount at the due date, we will do our best to provide an alternative option

BOOKING ALTERATIONS
For alterations of existing bookings done by the client (e.g. air tickets, departure dates, number of participants, accommodation etc.) a handling fee of 80 USD per booking applies. The handling fee will be charged on top of the service provider fees.

AUTHORITY ON TOUR
The decisions of the Company´s guide/driver on tour shall at all times be ultimate and binding. The client must at all times conform to the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.

MARKETING
The Company reserves the right to use any videos and photographs taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising purposed. Hence the client gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.

ITINERARY CHANGES
We reserve the right to re-arrange the itinerary or amend the arrangements of any tour in case of unanticipated hostile circumstances beyond our control; although efforts will be made to adhere to the original program.

SCAMS
Please note that if you receive an email from someone asking you to send them moneys via Money Gram or Western Union, this is an email hacking scam. Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions does not accept payments from customers via Western Union or Money Gram.
