Day 1: Arrival from the Airport Drive to Arusha

Your driver guide and our office representative will meet you at the airport. After a short welcome and introduction, start the 1hr drive to Arusha City for dinner and overnight at Gran Melia hotel Arusha which is situated, at the heart of the city providing the magnificence view of the mountain Meru.  BED AND BREAKFAST BASIS

Day 2 : Tarangire National Park

Depart from Arusha town at 0800hrs with picnic lunches for Tarangire National Park tour.  Before reaching the park, you will visit an orphanage and then proceed to the park. The park is located 120km from Arusha. It is famed for its congregation of big herds of Elephants and a buffalo; this landscape of open plains is dotted with thousands of baobabs trees. Your driver Guide at the designed picnic area inside the park will provide picnic lunch. Later carry on with game drives before embarking to GIBBS FARM for dinner and overnight. Day 3:Ngorongoro Crater Tour

After an early breakfast leave for Ngorongoro Crater tour where you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunches). Explore this unique animal sanctuary ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only. In the afternoon drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight at GIBBS FARM -FULL BOARD INCLUDING DRINKS

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

In the morning after breakfast drive to Serengeti national park passing Ngorongoro conservation area authority, your driver will stop in some of the beautiful views overlooking the crater, on crossing the border picnic lunch will be provided by your driver guide followed by game viewing en route.  MAASAI boma and OLDUVAI GORGE (Olduvai Gorge is a site in Tanzania that holds the earliest evidence of the existence of human ancestors. Paleoanthropologists have found hundreds of fossilized bones and stone tools in the area dating back millions of years, leading them to conclude that humans evolved in Africa ) will be on this day. Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light, then back for the morning breakfast followed by full day game drive. Day 8: ; Zanzibar Beach Holiday

After morning breakfast, stay at leisure then proceed to the airport for the Zanzibar Flight. Arrive in Zanzibar in after about two hours. You may choose to take a stone town tour before checking in the hotel for dinner and overnight at GOLD ZANZIBAR. FULL BOARD DRINKS INCLUDED

Day 9 : ZANZIBAR

After the breakfast looking out at the Indian Ocean, Tour Guide will pick you up for stone town our and Prison Island trip –A traditional wooden dhow will bring you to prison island. The island was formerly used as a private detention for disobedient slaves, later jail was constructed but was never actually used. Our guide will give a short history of the island past and you can then spend some time sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling on your way back you will visit the spice farms and learn all about the spices Overnight Stay at GOLD ZANZIBAR. 10: Zanzibar

Relaxing day, enjoy free time to relax on the beaches and swim by the pool. A cocktail and cool breeze from Indian ocean go hand in hand – in which kick back and enjoy a good company and delicious cuisine from Zanzibar

Day 11: Departure

After the morning breakfast, at leisure the depending on your departing details our driver will drive you to Aman Abeid Karuma International Airport

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit to our bank account. Only the amount received by our bank account shall be regarded as paid (with all money transfer costs paid by the customer). The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure date. If your reservation is made within 45 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Although if a client is unable to pay the entire amount at the due date, we will do our best to provide an alternative option

BOOKING ALTERATIONS

For alterations of existing bookings done by the client (e.g. air tickets, departure dates, number of participants, accommodation etc.) a handling fee of 80 USD per booking applies. The handling fee will be charged on top of the service provider fees.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children between the age of 3 and 12 years will pay 50-75% of the adult rate if occupying a room with two adults.

Pay 75% of the adult rate if occupying a room with another child.

Pay 100% of the adult rates if occupying a room with one adult

CANCELLETION

Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, either by e-mail or fax and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgement by Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions. Thus, reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in the number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. The following scale of cancellation charges will be applicable, depending on the day before the departure of the tour when the cancellation notice is received.

25% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.

50% if cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival

100% if cancelled within 14 days or in the case of a ‘No Show.’

If the cancellation case is discussed earlier, we will do our best to render our support. We understand that things can happen and will try to resolve any problems that are brought to our consideration.

RISK

The client accepts that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve an element of personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of its agents can be held responsible in any way for any injury, loss of life or damage to property, howsoever caused. The client therefore insures will hold the Company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved.

AUTHORITY ON TOUR

The decisions of the Company´s guide/driver on tour shall at all times be ultimate and binding. The client must at all times conform to the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.

MARKETING

The Company reserves the right to use any videos and photographs taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising purposed. Hence the client gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.

ITINERARY CHANGES

We reserve the right to re-arrange the itinerary or amend the arrangements of any tour in case of unanticipated hostile circumstances beyond our control; although efforts will be made to adhere to the original program.

FORCE MAJEUR

Unanticipated circumstances including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, weather, war, riots and other unpredictable circumstances above the control of the Company may cause Interruptions or alterations to the tour. The Company shall not be held responsible in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.

SCAMS

Please note that if you receive an email from someone asking you to send them moneys via Money Gram or Western Union, this is an email hacking scam. Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions does not accept payments from customers via Western Union or Money Gram.

If you develop a complaint during your tour, please bring it to the attention of the guide and our company representative who will do their best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
