Day 1: FLY IN THROUGH JOMO KENYATTA INTERNATIONA AIRPORT IN NAIROBI.
On this day, our professional driver guide will pick you at the airport at the scheduled flight arrival time, further helping you with your luggage’s and drive you to hotel in Nairobi. Upon check in hotel, our driver guide will deliver a short safari info briefing for the adventure safari ahead.

Day 2: NAIROBI TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE (CULTURAL TOUR)

After an early breakfast we will drive from Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve.
We will have a stopover at the EQUATOR in Nanyuki Mt Kenya Region for a short demonstration on the Northern & Southern Hemisphere effects at the Equator after which drive to hotel in Samburu National Reserve for lunch. After lunch, guests will go for a Half day cultural tour with the Samburu Tribe.
The Samburu Cultural visit is typically an excursion included into a longer multi day Samburu safari tour, and couple of hours are set apart for this brief interactive visit to the village, which usually happens to be on the borders of the Samburu game reserve.
Later in the evening return to Hotel.

Day 3: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE AT SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Set alongside the Ewaso Nyiro River, Kenya's biggest northern river, Samburu has the lion's share of wildlife. Besides big cats and African wild dogs, you're likely to see some of the rare northern species such as Grevy's zebra, the Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, the long- necked gerenuk, Guenther's dik-dik and the beisa oryx, known as the Samburu Special Six. We will embark on a full day game drive at Samburu National Reserve also swim at the Natural springs if interested.

Day 4: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE TO SWEET WATERS NANYUKI

On this day, guests will enjoy a full day game drive in Olpajeta Conservancy. We will drive from Samburu National Reserve and check in at Olpajeta Conservancy.
Olpajeta Conservancy is a 364sq km wildlife conservancy situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares and its game-to-area ratio tops the Kenyan park and reserve league.The Ol Pajeta Conservancy in Kenya has over 1000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen. It is also where the fastest growing population of rhino in Africa can be found. There is southern white rhino, about 80  northern white rhino

Day 5: SWEET WATERS TO AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

After an early breakfast, we will enjoy morning game drive in Olpajeta Conservancy as we exit the entry gate and drive to Amboseli National park. We will arrive at hotel in Amboseli National Park and rest up.

Day 6: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE AT AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Amboseli National Park is home to the biggest and highest population of elephants in Kenya. On this day we will enjoy a full day game drive at Amboseli National Park.

Day 7: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK TO NAMANGA ONE STOP BORDER

After an early breakfast we will drive to Namanga border point so that guests can proceed to Tanzania. Or Drive back to Jomo Kenyatta international Airport for your Flight back home

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit to our bank account. Only the amount received by our bank account shall be regarded as paid (with all money transfer costs paid by the customer). The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure date. If your reservation is made within 45 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Although if a client is unable to pay the entire amount at the due date, we will do our best to provide an alternative option

BOOKING ALTERATIONS

For alterations of existing bookings done by the client (e.g. air tickets, departure dates, number of participants, accommodation etc.) a handling fee of 80 USD per booking applies. The handling fee will be charged on top of the service provider fees.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children between the age of 3 and 12 years will pay 50-75% of the adult rate if occupying a room with two adults.

Pay 75% of the adult rate if occupying a room with another child.

Pay 100% of the adult rates if occupying a room with one adult

CANCELLETION

Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, either by e-mail or fax and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgement by Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions. Thus, reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in the number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. The following scale of cancellation charges will be applicable, depending on the day before the departure of the tour when the cancellation notice is received.

25% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.

50% if cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival

100% if cancelled within 14 days or in the case of a ‘No Show.’

If the cancellation case is discussed earlier, we will do our best to render our support. We understand that things can happen and will try to resolve any problems that are brought to our consideration.

RISK

The client accepts that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve an element of personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of its agents can be held responsible in any way for any injury, loss of life or damage to property, howsoever caused. The client therefore insures will hold the Company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved.

AUTHORITY ON TOUR

The decisions of the Company´s guide/driver on tour shall at all times be ultimate and binding. The client must at all times conform to the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.

MARKETING

The Company reserves the right to use any videos and photographs taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising purposed. Hence the client gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.

ITINERARY CHANGES

We reserve the right to re-arrange the itinerary or amend the arrangements of any tour in case of unanticipated hostile circumstances beyond our control; although efforts will be made to adhere to the original program.

FORCE MAJEUR

Unanticipated circumstances including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, weather, war, riots and other unpredictable circumstances above the control of the Company may cause Interruptions or alterations to the tour. The Company shall not be held responsible in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.

SCAMS

Please note that if you receive an email from someone asking you to send them moneys via Money Gram or Western Union, this is an email hacking scam. Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions does not accept payments from customers via Western Union or Money Gram.
