DAY 1: August 2021 : ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) met and transfer to Arusha for overnight at Gran melia hotel Arusha  

DAY 02:ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Leave the hotel with packed lunches and drive towards Tarangire National Park, Tanzania's third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, and cheetah and up to six thousand elephants. Lunch boxes will be provided to you at the picnic point. After game drive, drive to Karatu acacia farm  lodge for the Diner and over night 

DAY 03  : NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR 
Early morning game drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck, the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only. Drive back to  Karatu acacia farm lodge  for Dinner and Overnight 

DAY 04: KARATU ACACIA FARM LODGE - SERENGETI FULL DAY
In the morning after breakfast drive to Serengeti national park passing Ngorongoro conservation area authority, your driver will stop in some of the beautiful views overlooking the crater, On crossing the border picnic lunch will be provided by your driver guide followed by game viewing en route. Drive further to Serengeti for sun set game drive before going for dinner and overnight at Serengeti Acacia Luxury camp ( central)

Day 5: Serengeti National park
Early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light, then back for the morning breakfast followed by full day game drive. Track the wildebeest migration and get to enjoy the scenery of the remarkable world show also you will be in a position to see lots of animals following migratory beasts for easy lunch. As you head to Southern Serengeti.   Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Acacia camp south 

Day 6-7: Full Days  Game Drive in Serengeti
You will spend another full day in Serengeti endless plains  your will experience the hot air balloon one of these Days . Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Acacia camp South 

Day 8: Serengeti- Zanzibar  
After the morning breakfast, at leisure the depending on your departing details our driver will drive you to kogatende Airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar, Upon your arrival you will be met by the company representative who will drive you to The Gold Zanzibar . Dinner and overnight at The Gold Zanzibar 

Day 9-11: Full Days in Zanzibar  
You will have these two days at leisure, relax and gate time to enjoy the beauty of white sands beeches,  our guide will take you out for further exploration of the island Doing Stone town tour in one of these days . Dinner and overnight at The Gold Zanzibar 

Day 12: Departure .  
After the morning breakfast, at leisure the depending on your departing details our driver will drive you to your departing point

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit to our bank account. Only the amount received by our bank account shall be regarded as paid (with all money transfer costs paid by the customer). The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure date. If your reservation is made within 45 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Although if a client is unable to pay the entire amount at the due date, we will do our best to provide an alternative option
BOOKING ALTERATIONS
For alterations of existing bookings done by the client (e.g. air tickets, departure dates, number of participants, accommodation etc.) a handling fee of 80 USD per booking applies. The handling fee will be charged on top of the service provider fees.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children between the age of 3 and 12 years will pay 50-75% of the adult rate if occupying a room with two adults.
Pay 75% of the adult rate if occupying a room with another child.
Pay 100% of the adult rates if occupying a room with one adult
CANCELLETION
Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, either by e-mail or fax and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgement by Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions. Thus, reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in the number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. The following scale of cancellation charges will be applicable, depending on the day before the departure of the tour when the cancellation notice is received.
25% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.
50% if cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival
100% if cancelled within 14 days or in the case of a ‘No Show.’
If the cancellation case is discussed earlier, we will do our best to render our support. We understand that things can happen and will try to resolve any problems that are brought to our consideration.
RISK
The client accepts that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve an element of personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of its agents can be held responsible in any way for any injury, loss of life or damage to property, howsoever caused. The client therefore insures will hold the Company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved.
AUTHORITY ON TOUR
The decisions of the Company´s guide/driver on tour shall at all times be ultimate and binding. The client must at all times conform to the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.
MARKETING
The Company reserves the right to use any videos and photographs taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising purposed. Hence the client gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.
ITINERARY CHANGES
We reserve the right to re-arrange the itinerary or amend the arrangements of any tour in case of unanticipated hostile circumstances beyond our control; although efforts will be made to adhere to the original program.
FORCE MAJEUR
Unanticipated circumstances including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, weather, war, riots and other unpredictable circumstances above the control of the Company may cause Interruptions or alterations to the tour. The Company shall not be held responsible in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.
SCAMS
Please note that if you receive an email from someone asking you to send them moneys via Money Gram or Western Union, this is an email hacking scam. Vianney’s Untamed Expeditions does not accept payments from customers via Western Union or Money Gram.
